I decided to work with Active Study, instead of doing the Visa process on my own, as I was under a tight time-constraint, and felt very overwhelmed reading about the process on Immigration's website. Every step of the process, from my initial call, to being set up with my own agent, was seamless. I especially appreciate how prompt and clear the communication was between me and my agent, Andjani. When I started to send out emails with description of my situation and my study plans - most of the "migration agents" and Educational consultants did not even bother to reply. The ones that replied has refused to help me out. Active Study and particularly James McNess, Scott Walker and Marcella had been absolute blessing. Not only they picked up my case, but they were super helpful, suggested what could be done and gave me a guidance in what are the future steps to be taken. I was very nicely surprised, when I needed to consult something, there was no problem to meet online at really late times in Australia (7 hours difference between Europe and Aus) and even on weekends.
