I cannot recommend Active Study enough for your Visa application process. I decided to work with Active Study, instead of doing the Visa process on my own, as I was under a tight time-constraint, and felt very overwhelmed reading about the process on Immigration's website. Every step of the process, from my initial call, to being set up with my own agent, was seamless. I especially appreciate how prompt and clear the communication was between me and my agent, Andjani. Andjani and her team are extremely organized, professional, efficient, excellent communicators, and made the process so much less stressful on my end. They told me exactly what they needed from me, and then did the rest. They also made sure that everything I submitted was up to Immigration's standards, including the GTE, which was what worried me the most when I was looking to do the Visa on my own. Once I was started the process with Active Study, I immediately felt so much better and felt very confident that I was in good hands. The whole process took three weeks, and my Visa was granted almost immediately; I have read it can take up to 9 months. I am so grateful for Active Australia and could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend working with these experienced professionals.

When I started to send out emails with description of my situation and my study plans - most of the "migration agents" and Educational consultants did not even bother to reply. The ones that replied has refused to help me out. Active Study and particularly James McNess, Scott Walker and Marcella had been absolute blessing. Not only they picked up my case, but they were super helpful, suggested what could be done and gave me a guidance in what are the future steps to be taken. I was very nicely surprised, when I needed to consult something, there was no problem to meet online at really late times in Australia (7 hours difference between Europe and Aus) and even on weekends. I chose Active Study Global to help me choose a university course as well as handling my visa process. And I can’t help but be so thankful I chose them. I applied for a student visa with this agency, converting from a TR visa onshore when it was discouraged/risky to do so, when the new policies were just announced. However, everything was handled relatively quickly and smoothly, the GS statement was incredibly detailed, and the visa was lodged just before the July 1st deadline. My experience with Active Study Australia was so amazing compared to my past agents. I was thrilled by how fast and steadfast the entire process went. At first I was worried that my visa application would take a long time to be finalised due to the changes in processing times as declared by immigration department. However to my surprise, my visa was granted earlier than expected easing all other travel arrangements as well as uni enrollment processes I had in place.
