Aryo, who responded to my inquiry, addressed all my questions well, and was efficient in putting together a list of course options and provided good advice. Studying in another country is not an easy task, this is true most especially for those coming from not so well off countries. But Active Study has helped me a lot. Choosing Active study was one of the best decisions I made in my life. From my very first conversation with them till the end of the process, they have been very honest, professional and transparent. My case was a complicated one and I was applying for student visa onshore. However, my case was handled with much care and professionalism and I got my visa. I cannot recommend Active Study enough for your Visa application process. I decided to work with Active Study, instead of doing the Visa process on my own, as I was under a tight time-constraint, and felt very overwhelmed reading about the process on Immigration's website. Every step of the process, from my initial call, to being set up with my own agent, was seamless. I especially appreciate how prompt and clear the communication was between me and my agent, Andjani. Andjani and her team are extremely organized, professional, efficient, excellent communicators, and made the process so much less stressful on my end. They told me exactly what they needed from me, and then did the rest. They also made sure that everything I submitted was up to Immigration's standards, including the GTE, which was what worried me the most when I was looking to do the Visa on my own. Once I was started the process with Active Study, I immediately felt so much better and felt very confident that I was in good hands. The whole process took three weeks, and my Visa was granted almost immediately; I have read it can take up to 9 months. I am so grateful for Active Australia and could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend working with these experienced professionals.

When I started to send out emails with description of my situation and my study plans - most of the "migration agents" and Educational consultants did not even bother to reply. The ones that replied has refused to help me out. Active Study and particularly James McNess, Scott Walker and Marcella had been absolute blessing. Not only they picked up my case, but they were super helpful, suggested what could be done and gave me a guidance in what are the future steps to be taken. I was very nicely surprised, when I needed to consult something, there was no problem to meet online at really late times in Australia (7 hours difference between Europe and Aus) and even on weekends. Frankly, one of the best services I have ever came across in general. For every stupid question from my side, there was always a polite reply with more suggestions and that led to successfully obtaining a visa. I also must note that the level of support and information provided before any payments was made - also very nonstandard. At the end, I wanted to pay for their services and make sure that these guys are going to be taking care of me!I especially must thank Marcella S. She has guided me through the later process of Visa application, supportive documents for school application etc. She has always been super-fast in replying and provided me with all the necessary information to make sure I am feeling confident and focused on getting the Visa. Extremely helpful from the beginning till the end. Helped me and my fiance to get on my student visa. They took care if everything and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to study in Australia. Chrisna was super helpful and very responsive even with our 13 hour time difference we were able to communicate very well. My visa wasn't the easiest one and there was lots of paperwork on both ends but they made sure I hit every box on the checklist and my visa was approved within 5 weeks when the average can take anywhere from 6 weeks to 9 months.Once again Extremely helpful service and highly recommend to anyone.
